A vibrant, mixed-use complex that operates 24/7, driving the renewal of the city’s western area while leveraging its strategic proximity to the train station.
The Design
The site’s location—adjacent to the train station, the industrial area, and the city’s western residential neighborhoods—defines both its purpose and its uniqueness.
The plan includes an 18-story office tower alongside a residential tower, both situated above a commercial podium. The site’s proximity to the railway station supports the development of relatively small residential units, catering to smaller households and promoting accessible urban living.
