The Need

Replacing an old industrial building with a new commercial and office complex, in line with the municipality’s policy for the area.

The Vision

The creation of a new complex that aligns with the city’s vision for the renewal of the existing industrial zone.

Thanks to its unique location—on the seam between emerging residential neighborhoods and the industrial zone—the project also serves a broader urban goal: creating a vital new connection that overcomes the current physical separation between the two areas.

The Design

The design features a building with two primary facades: one facing the historic Altalef Street, and the other facing south—where a new pedestrian and bicycle passage will be opened.

This new connection will link the new residential neighborhood to the west with the revitalized industrial zone to the east.

The ground floor is designated for commercial use appropriate to the area, such as small boutique shops and cafés, enhancing street life and accessibility.
